My passion is drawing upon my own personal struggles in order to help others. I believe the key to successful counseling involves a collaborative relationship between the counselor and client, built on honesty, trust, and acceptance. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment that promotes hope and healing for everyone, regardless of age, sex, race, culture, or sexual orientation.
My approach is client-centered with elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, compassion-focused therapy, and ecotherapy; however, because we are all unique, I always tailor treatment to meet your individual personality and goals.
