Feelings of stress and uncertainty can feel unmanageable and overwhelming without ways to cope or deal with them. This group is designed to provide support as well as teach you healthy coping skills that you can use throughout your life. We’ll explore mindfulness, meditation, thought challenging, the impact of stress on both the body and mind, relaxation skills, and other stress-management techniques.
This group is open to anyone ages 18-24.
We’ll meet weekly for eight weeks, on Thursdays from 7 – 8:30 pm, with the first group meeting on February 13, 2020.
