Jennifer Blough is the owner of Deepwater Counseling and has a passion for working with shy, introverted, and highly sensitive people, as well as caregivers and first responders. She believes the key to successful counseling involves a collaborative relationship between the counselor and client, built on honesty, trust, and acceptance, and she offers a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment that promotes hope and healing for everyone, regardless of age, sex, race, culture, or sexual orientation.
Her approach is client-centered with elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, compassion-focused therapy, and ecotherapy. Jennifer offers counseling in person, online, and outdoors (walk and talk therapy).
