I believe that in order to resolve our mental health issues we need to feel safe and supported without being judged. Maybe you have experienced the loss of a loved one and feel lost. Maybe you are overwhelmed by stress and anxiety and need an outlet for your emotions. No matter the situation, I am here to walk with you during those difficult times. In a safe environment, you will be able to express your feelings and concerns and know that your voice is being heard. You are in the driver seat. You are in control. I am here to help support you to get you to where you want to go.
In the past five years, I have worked with adolescents in the court system, adolescents who are grieving, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. I have experience with motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based skills, play therapy, solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, and anxiety and depression.
