Meet our Counselors
MEd, LPC, NCC, CAADC
I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and also incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques and systems theory into the therapeutic process.
I've worked with adults, children, and infants, which has led to my passion for working with seekers who are on a path to self-discovery – as each stage leads us to where we are now.
I specialize in helping those who suffer from trauma, PTSD, depression, and grief and loss, as well as individuals and families being affected by addiction, low self-esteem, body image, & depression.
I use an integrative counseling approach to best fit each individual client’s needs, but focus heavily on person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I utilize an array of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and grief counseling.
I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client; therefore I aim to be nonjudgmental, open-minded, and authentic in the counseling relationship.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, using elements from multiple evidence-based modalities based on what I think will best help the client, couple, or family to reach their goals.

I believe the key to successful counseling involves a collaborative relationship between the counselor and client, built on honesty, trust, and acceptance.
