Roxie Flavin, LMSW

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood, no matter their story. I believe therapy is a time where you can be yourself—free of judgment and able to uncover your strengths and find new ways to navigate the challenges you’re facing. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and build a more fulfilling life with a little guidance and the right tools.

As a licensed therapist, my approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, while also incorporating elements of Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, and DBT. I tailor my approach to each individual, helping clients gain insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and become the version of themselves they've always wanted to be.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, therapy can be a powerful step toward growth and healing. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths and create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.
